These Terms of Service define the rules for providing services electronically through the website available at: https://heartmade.pl and the rules for using these services, as well as the rights and obligations of users.
These terms of service are the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
The owner and administrator of the website (hereinafter "Administrator") is Paweł Jurewicz, residing in Warsaw, at ul. Armii Ludowej 7/68, 00-575 Warsaw.
The Administrator provides its services on the basis of these Terms of Service, and entering the website and using the content posted on it is tantamount to accepting these Terms of Service, whereby the Terms are binding on the user without the need to conclude a separate agreement.
Users who do not agree to comply with the provisions of these terms of service are asked to leave the Site.

Complaints will be considered by the Administrator within 30 calendar days from the date of their receipt.
The Administrator is not liable, in particular on the principles provided for in Chapter 3 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means, for the content of information and opinions transmitted by visitors to the Site.
All materials and information posted on the Site are not covered by the Administrator's warranty as to their value, usefulness, completeness, completeness or utility.
In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means and the Act of April 23, 1964 - Civil Code.
