Chapter I - Information Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

  • personal data processed on the basis of your consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose for which the consent was collected ceases;
  • personal data that is processed based on the legitimate interest of the controller will be processed for the period of limitation of civil law claims, counted from the day your relationship with the controller ceases.

Your personal data may be processed in an automated manner, however, they are not subject to profiling and there are no automated decisions of significant importance to you.
